On Friday, February 25, 2022, around 6:00 p.m., according to the Miami Beach Police Department, an elderly woman driving a Bentley attempted to parallel park at 22 Washington Ave. but instead rushed her car into the outdoor café area of a restaurant. According to local police, the lady impacted “multiple tables” in the incident, killing one person and injuring six others. The location belongs to Call Me Gaby, an Italian restaurant. So yet, it is uncertain whether criminal charges have been made against the woman, who stayed at the site the entire time.
